a balanced experience

the grounds were beautiful. there was a lot of wildlife like iguanas and flamingos freely roaming around, i thought it was fine. the beach had lots of room. it was comfortable for everyone and the water was excellent, though a bit wavy.
I found the food to be average and it made us all sick. there was no organizational system at the buffet. You just walked in and sat wherever you saw a clean table. i had to beg staff for water or drinks since we seated ourselves, there was no designated waiter for you.

i really liked the resort. the pools were HUGE and warm. the pool next to the beach was my favorite. i found the staff quite friendly and helpful with everything.
The gym was quite small. It seemed packed with equipment and was very hot.

The hotel is close to the beach, which i loved. the pools and bars are conveniently close to the rooms. the beach is cleaned daily. Seaweed is removed regularly, very nice.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. workers maintained the green spaces very well, constantly tending to palms and pathways. guys from seapro arranged enjoyable trips and were not pushy, which i appreciated.
